The Reggie Orientation is for those individuals judging the Reggie Award Competition.
When you 'register', you'll be asked to provide the low and high end of a price range you feel qualified to judge. FYI-Reggie judging is done on the structure price of the home only. Structure price is the dollar value to reproduce on any lot.
What you should know…
All judges are asked to attend the orientation to review the judging form and meet the fellow judges in your judging group.
Judges will judge individually, the first three weeks only, during the Fall Parade of Homes hours. Homes will be scattered throughout the Twin Cities Metro area.
Judging hours are 12:00noon to 6:00pm. Please do not arrive at the home after 5:30pm. Judges will judge no more than 10 homes per category. Again this year we asked Reggie entrants if it would be ok for judges to view the home outside of Parade hours, some entries may be eligible for judging outside of Parade hours.
All judges will be compensated $100 by check and $250 in BATC bucks.
Each category will be judged by approximately four judges.
The selection meeting is on September 29, 2016 at 9:30am at BATC. An email will go out to confirmed judges following the orientation to RSVP online to attend the recipient selection meeting.
